The staff at the front desk are great. However, I was just brought back and the young woman that is about to draw my blood for lab work seems absolutely miserable. I'm niy saying chat with me and be all happy, but don't act like I'm an inconvenience to your day. The other woman in this room is acting the same way. I may be going back to vestal from now on where they actually seem to like the patients.

Checked in quickly. Didn't wait to long in the waiting room. Nurse was very gracious and professional. Doctor listen to me and gave me good advice about my condition

Went for lab work. Wanda is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever met. Attitude since the moment she called me back from the waiting room. The other girls in the lab seem nice and i honestly feel bad they have to work with someone that rude and nasty. Kinda makes since why they can’t ever keep anyone since Michelle left.

The doctors, nurses and all attendees made my situation as pleasant and almost enjoyable as possible. I am very impressed with the friendly manner of all and the professionalism of the care team. I am happy to have been cared for by the UHS staff and I would welcome any future visits if the need exists.
